What is different about coaching in a Thinking Environment®?

At the heart of this approach is the philosophy that when we can think well for ourselves, we can improve the quality of our decisions, our actions, and our outcomes.

In a Thinking Partnership Session, the quality of one person’s attention liberates the best thinking of another. When you listen to inspire, not to reply, it restores a thinker’s capacity to think independently; it builds their confidence so they can find their own answers and see possibilities

In this 4-day Programme, you will

  • Develop your understanding of the conditions that enable authentic, courageous thinking,

  • Consider in depth the impact of generative attention and the promise not to interrupt

  • Explore the impact of underlying assumptions on thinking and on decision-making

  • Deepen your understanding of Incisive Questions™

  • Learn experientially through practice and through demonstrations
